• Go to the clinic of your choice to undergo the necessary tests and be treated by the specialists your child requires.
• Request an invoice for each and every one of the services you have received, in the name of the parent or guardian.
• These invoices must be accompanied by two forms that will be provided to you by the College administration:
  1. Accident notice (filled out by the guardian, signed and stamped by the Institution),
  2. medical statement (completed by the attending physician).

Yes. The insurance has a deductible of $500 pesos each time you use it.
